Something often overlooked is the suspension if it is still stock. Most people let the shocks wear out and don't really notice. Makes a world of difference with some Eibach springs and kyb shocks. This will upgrade the handling capabilities and prepare you for stage 3 power levels. Also address the brakes with at minimum HAWK HPS front pads, or if you have the means get a stock size brake upgrade kit from CZP. The formula for speed in the Z is a bit different from the Lancers and the STI's. This car rewards driver skill rather than the car performing tasks for you through digital means. Take a balanced approach to your uprades and the Z will reward you like no other. Hope this helps, and welcome to the forum. DP
:I am looking to purchase a '92 twin turbo t-top blue z. I have been looking for one for a while now, and this one seems nice. I know I should probably invest in a new radiator. The vehicle has about 78,000 miles on it and it runs very well! Very quick. I just wanted to see if theres anything else I should be concerned about before I purchase it. Any advice?
